Our factory has made significant strides in automation. The focus is on maximizing output and maintaining stringent quality control.  Meanwhile, our management of production equipment has matured, forming an effective management system. This article will showcase our efforts and achievements.


1. Automation of Production Equipment


1.1 Automated Component Machining:

The automated machining of components are very important in the process. We've invested in reliable machinery that can handle repetitive tasks with high precision. These machines take over the bulk of the component processing, reducing the need for manual labor and minimizing human error. The result is a consistent supply of well-crafted parts that meet our exacting standards.

In the process of the components include forend, lock case, latch bolt, deadbolt and striker plate, automation runs through the entire process, from automatic laser cutting, stamping, riveting, tapping, vortexing, welding to the final brushing and assembly.  For these processes, we all have the corresponding automated production equipments, and will maintain these equipments regularly.

Our mortise locks assembly line is a model of automation efficiency. The process is fully automated, with machines performing the assembly tasks with meticulous precision. This setup not only speeds up production but also ensures that each lock is assembled to the same high standard. The automated line allows us to produce a large volume of locks with minimal oversight.

1.3 Packaging Automation:

Moving on to packaging, our factory employs automated machines that efficiently wrap, label, and prepare our products for distribution. These machines work quickly and accurately, ensuring that every product is packaged correctly and ready for the market.

2. Management of Production Equipment


We have established a comprehensive production equipment management system according to ISO9001 quality management system.   This includes equipment management procedural documents and corresponding work instruction manuals, ensuring the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance.


2.1 Equipment Maintenance and Care:

The lifeblood of our machinery is their upkeep.  Routine and regular inspections are conducted to prevent failures and maintain stable operation.  Adhering to principles of neatness, cleanliness, lubrication, and safety, we ensure that our equipment operates at peak performance, contributing to the exceptional quality of our products.


2.2 Equipment Repair:

In the face of equipment failures, our technical team responds swiftly to ensure prompt resumption of operations. We continuously evaluate and upgrade our equipment to maintain a leading position in production technology and meticulously document the repair process.


2.3 Training and Development of Production Equipment Operators:

Our workers, being the direct users of the equipment, are crucial to our training efforts. We regularly organize training programs to ensure that our staff are professionally capable in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, strictly adhering to safety operating procedures.
